RARE

A dramatic Beech carving surrounds the wood fired oven which takes centre stage in this inviting show kitchen, where the atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated. The high ceilings and naturally modern design are complemented by rich, warm furnishings. Flavourful, aromatic dishes are paired with some of the world’s best wines to create a sensation of culinary delight. Emphasis here is placed on the most succulent cuts of beef from Argentina, Kobe, Black Angus and Wagyu,. Additional taste sensations include colourful tapas, seafood, fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs. Guests can choose to dine indoors, close to the action in the kitchen, or outside on the terrace overlooking the polo fields and dramatic Dubai skyline. Open Monday to Saturday for Dinner from 7pm to 11pm.

Private Dining in RARE

Tucked away to the side of Rare is a private dining enclave. Encased in glass with a privacy screen built in, this room can seat up to 10 people and can be booked as a separate dining experience. Guests can opt for dishes from Rare or have a menu tailored to their needs. Open Monday to Saturday for Dinner from 7pm to 11pm.

RED

RED is for those who believe the finest antiques come in a bottle. This chic lounge bar has some of the best views of Dubai and one of the most sought after wine lists. Custom cocktails, contemporary blends and international beers add to the extensive menu making this one of the most desired hot spots on the Dubai social scene. Secluded nooks and crannies featuring oversized sofas and chairs ensure guests can be as social or as private as they want to be whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this funky bar. Open Friday and Saturday 11am-1am and Sunday to Thursday 5pm-1am.

EPICURE

An innovative concept for Dubai, Epicure combines a gourmet market filled with international delicacies and fresh produce together with a relaxed yet sophisticated café. Here you will find the finest cheeses, mustards, preserves, chocolates, freshly baked bread and other high-quality products alongside fresh flowers, international newspapers and magazines. The lively atmosphere, the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the aroma of wood fired pizzas combine to create a vibrant ambiance where guests can relax, sit by the pool, read a newspaper or just spend quality time with friends and family. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests can choose to sit inside or out on the terrace under the shade of the palm trees. All views overlook the infinity pool and extensive green polo fields. Open daily from 7am to 11pm.

In-room dining and In-villa dining

24-hour private dining for those who wish to escape from the outside world and enjoy time alone in the chic surrounds of their room or villa. Menus can be prepared to suit guests’ tastes, or guests can simply choose from the extensive menu.

Jewel-Afternoon High Tea

Choose between traditional or contemporary high tea and enjoy one of the daily polo matches during the polo season. Freshly baked scones, lemon tarts, dates, chocolate brownies and macaroons are just some of the delights on offer. High tea is served daily on the portico, lobby lounge or RED bar from 3pm to 6pm.
