Residences: Property Management and Estate Management Services
Borne out of our inspirational and sensual resorts and spas, our guests' demand for ownership of the signature Per AQUUM lifestyle led us to introduce our Residences division. For project developers who wish to optimise the value of their project: Per AQUUM offers the ability to work with the developer to devise the most appropriate residential/resort scenario and deliver to residential owners the assurance of world class property management and estate management services. The developer will have peace of mind knowing Per AQUUM will deliver to all stakeholders the exemplary commercial performance for which we are known; for the residence owner, we offer our sales and marketing expertise to showcase their property and derive attractive investment returns whilst maintaining their asset and delivering our signature service and attention to detail.
