Concept Development

Technical Assistance
Per AQUUM's technical services guidance is available to our select stakeholders for projects under planning and development. Our resources are structured to maximise the owner's asset value. Our input into each project is drawn from the experience and expertise across our team including our specific Technical Assistance resources, to give feedback to owners during the development phase of a project in order to guide the masterplan, design, consultant selection, construction methods, material selection, mechanical and engineering, technology and software etc, and to ensure Per AQUUM standards and quality are incorporated into all these different sectors.
Network of Project Partners
In addition to our own in-house expertise, we have the capacity to bring on board a network of world class consultants and partners to compliment our services to suit the project's unique requirements. This network includes some of the most brilliant names in fields including architecture, interior design, brand experts, design expertise, a global sales and public relations network, boat builders, suppliers and logistics experts. For instances wherein projects that we undertake already have appointed consultants, we ensure that our expertise, philosophy and vision are complementary with all parties from the outset.
